1. Definitions

• “You”/”Client” = The person purchasing our services
• “Services” = Company formation and support services advertised on our website
• “Contract” = A legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of services

2. Our Role

• We act as a formation assistant, not as a legal representative or accountant.
• We are not ACSP (Authorised Corporate Service Provider), and we are not required to be.
• We register LTD companies on your behalf using the official Companies House platform, under the category “Other – for example, a friend of the director”.
• We do not verify ID or provide legal advice.

3. What We Require from You
To register a UK LTD company, we require:

• Your full legal name
• Residential address
• Email address

We do not require or collect your ID. If a bank or KYC provider needs your ID, you will submit it directly via their secure KYC links. We do not see or store these documents.

4. Data Policy
We do not request or process the following:

• Passport or ID documents
• Utility bills or proof of address
• Financial records
• Bank details

All personal data provided (name, address, email) is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR. We are a data controller only for what is collected directly on our site. We never share or sell your information.

5. Fees & Payment

• All fees are payable 100% upfront before delivery.
• If the company cannot be registered, a full refund will be issued.
• If the company is successfully created and documents sent, the sale is final.

6. Service Delivery

• Company formation is usually completed within 24–72 business hours.
• Documents are delivered via email.
• Any delays from Companies House are outside our control.

7. Limitations of Responsibility

• We are not responsible for rejection by banks or payment providers.
• We do not offer tax advice or compliance services unless specifically ordered.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining your company once registered, including confirmation statements and tax filings.

8. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel before we begin the service.
• Once we begin processing your order, no cancellation or refund is possible unless your company is rejected by Companies House.

9. Legal Validity

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Final Notes

• These terms are clear for transparency and to protect both parties.
• MP PARTNER operates legally and transparently under UK law.
