Administrative restoration under form RT01 — the route that puts a dissolved UK company back on the register as if it had never been struck off. We prepare the whole application, argue the case in writing, pay the registrar fee and post the pack for you.
$460 Companies House fee included — not charged on top
Form RT01 completed in full
The administrative restoration application prepared from the Companies House record — every field, correctly.
Covering and appeal letter
A written case to the registrar setting out the grounds for restoring your company.

Application, letter and fee sent by post. We keep proof of postage and chase the response.
$460 government fee included
The Companies House restoration fee is paid by us on your behalf — it is inside the $700, not on top.
Companies House reviews the application and replies. Their answer decides everything that follows.
They tell you what is outstanding
Usually overdue company accounts and confirmation statements. Nobody can know that list before the registrar looks at your file — so it is not included in the $700 and is quoted separately. You can have us file them, or file them yourself.
Company restored
Once the outstanding filings are accepted, the company goes back on the register and is treated as if it had never been dissolved — the name, the number and the trading history.
If the application is refused
Two routes remain, both outside this service: apply for a court order to restore the company, or — if you were a shareholder wanting money back — claim a discretionary grant. We will tell you which one fits your case.
Administrative restoration is decided by Companies House, not by us. We prepare and argue the application to the highest standard we can — the decision is the registrar's.
Four details is all we need to open the case. We pull the rest from the Companies House record.
